Relations with Employees

The chapter contains our performance on employee related performance indicators and also a number of examples and case studies of our initiatives aimed at employee development and quality work-life.
Coexisting with the Environment
Our environmental management approach is to minimise energy and water consumption; reduce, reuse and recycle waste, and maximise the proportion of renewable and recyclable input materials. We have taken efforts to reduce energy consumption and emissions across our plants and offices, as well as increased efforts in reducing and recycling material used.
The chapter contains our specific environmental projects and initiatives across our Cerebos plants and offices.
A number of community initiatives and employee volunteering continued across Cerebos. These include initiatives undertaken in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand. We regularly undertake community programmes and constantly engage with our local communities to share our resources with those in need.
The chapter shares some of the community programmes undertaken by the Cerebos offices regionally.
