Terrence Joseph Svenson
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Svenson joined Cerebos in 2006 as General Manager of Sales. His responsibilities then extended to Sales and Marketing Australia and subsequently to General Manager of Sales, Australia and New Zealand. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Cerebos Food and Coffee Division (CFCD) in 2013. Prior to joining Cerebos, he had senior sales and marketing roles within global consumer goods and publishing companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Central Queensland and Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from University of New South Wales.
Robert Vincent Tanna
General Manager, Finance & Commercial, ANZ
Mr. Tanna joined Cerebos in 1997 and was promoted to General Manager, Finance and Commercial of Australia and New Zealand on 9 March 2001. Mr. Tanna reports to the CEO of CFCD and is responsible for all the finance and commercial matters of the CFCD. Mr. Tanna has more than 23 years of experience in accounting and finance and was with one of the leading international accounting firms prior to joining Cerebos. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University in Sydney and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
General Manager, Human Resources, ANZ
Mr. Cawley was appointed General Manager of Human Resources Australia and New Zealand in 1996. Mr. Cawley reports to CEO of the CFCD and is responsible for the Human Resources, industrial relations and employee development policies and practices of the CFCD. Prior to joining Cerebos, Mr. Cawley held senior HR roles in Britain, New Zealand and Australia. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Massey University, New Zealand.
General Manager, Operations, ANZ
Mr. Dalo joined Cerebos in October 2011. He reports to the CEO of CFCD and is responsible for the planning, manufacturing, distribution and procurement of all food and coffee products that are sold to consumers. Mr. Dalo has over 20 years of experience in FMCG and has worked for leading companies prior to joining Cerebos. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science from Charles Sturt University and a Masters in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales.
Country Manager, New Zealand
Mr. Gargiulo was appointed Country Manager of New Zealand in August 2013. He reports to the CEO of the CFCD and is responsible for providing cohesive leadership for all activities of the New Zealand business. Prior to joining Cerebos, Mr. Gargiulo has held senior executive roles in various global companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Deakin University.
General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Australia
Mr. Basha was appointed General Manager of Sales and Marketing Australia in January 2014. He reports to the CEO of CFCD and is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing, brand and customer plans for Australia. Mr. Basha has over 20 years experience in FMCG and has worked in Unilever in a number of senior management positions such as Marketing Director, Customer Director, and most recently Country Director New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting and Statistics.
